Lake Natron Halisi Camp is a semi permanent tented camp located on 9 acres south of Lake Natron and Engaresero village. It has panoramic views of Oldonyo Lengai and the Rift Valley escarpment.
Lake Natron Halisi Camp has a total of 10 large en suite tents with a verandah at the front of each tent that you can sit outside your tent and enjoy panoramic views. The room configurations are as follows:

- Famiy Room
The rooms have king size beds and en suite bathroom area with shower, sink, stand, mirror and toilet. The in room facilities include: luggage rack, bedside table, clothes rack, toiletries. The bed sizes include: double, twin and single beds. Hot water can be boiled and brought to your tent on request.
Lake Natron is the chosen breeding ground in East Africa for 2.5 million Lesser Flamingo. Its caustic environment is a deterent to predators which makes it a safe breeding area for the flamingos. Lake Natron lies in the shadows of Oldonyo Lengai (recently active volcano). In the nearby vicinity you will find Engaresero waterfalls, Engaresero village where you can visit the resident Maasai community. Short walking safaris of 2 or 3 days can be arranged.

While at Lake Natron Halisi Camp conservation of power, water and so on are designed to ensure that the camp maintains a minimal carbon footprint without compromising on service and comfort.
Lake Natron Halisi Camp are not the owners of the camp land. The land belongs to the village of Engaresero and as such every paying guest who stays at the camp contributes to the development of the village. The villagers of Engaresero benefit directly when you participate in activities as well, such as the treks, walks and so on.
